    Position Overview:

    As an Inventory Equipment Assistant, you will support the company’s daily warehouse and logistics operations by managing equipment, materials, and training inventory used in simulation programs. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate tracking of assets and supplies to ensure the smooth delivery of all learning programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Receive, organize, and label incoming materials and equipment.

    Maintain detailed inventory logs and ensure all items are properly stored.

    Prepare and pack supplies for shipment to training events and workshops.

    Assist in setting up, testing, and maintaining training equipment.

    Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs to management.

    Keep storage areas organized, safe, and compliant with company procedures.

    Support the operations team in coordinating logistics for off-site programs.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse support preferred.

    Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

    Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (Excel or similar).

    Ability to lift and move materials safely when required.

    Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
