    Schedule: Fully onsite 9am-5pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with internal distribution partners to coordinate shipments and escalations
    • Perform data analytics on the inventory flow of materials from production through third-party warehouse vendor
    • Work with the Financial Strategy team to manage all inventory at the third-party vendor warehouse and perform device inventory tracking for all SEA retail display locations using Warehouse Management System
    • Support and streamline forward and reverse logistics
    • Complete adhoc audits of all samples in consolidator’s inventory
    • Drive Retail Supply Chain’s innovation efforts, managing those projects from initiation to close
    • Prepare weekly executive reports detailing the status of open projects/initiatives
    • Leverage PPT & Excel proficiency to translate detailed information into brief and clear executive updates in e-mail and dashboard reporting
    • Utilize dashboards & tableau to provide decision makers on demand data

    Background & Competencies Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
    • 3+ years of experience Business Operations, Financial Operations, or Supply Chain Management
    • Demonstrated experience in navigating cross-functional teams
    • Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred
    • Self-starter, able to add value without specific direction
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful story-telling
    • Objectively able to look at available information and make recommendations that fit the business needs on multiple scales of scope
    • Positive attitude and ability to adjust as changes occur
    • Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct authority
    • Advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Tableau
    • Schedule shipments of Samsung owned assets and partner with carrier partners to clearly communicate the whereabouts, distribution, and recovery of serialized assets as needed
    • Track/enforce asset recovery in partnership with SEA security
    • Reconcile data from multiple internal systems with Consolidator’s inventory and transaction reporting
    • Ability to work flexible hours with some travel required (<10%)
    • Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system preferred
    • Work with Account/Channel teams to ensure funding is secured prior to consolidator work for execution
    • Develop yearly business plan reflecting estimated device allocation and third-party vendor usage
    • Forecast and communicate recovery efforts and funds through effective partnership and planning with internal and external teams
