    What You’ll Do

Review incoming inventory for accuracy, quality, and condition.

Upload inventory into our inventory management software and online marketplace catalogs.

Verify product quantities, pricing, and listing accuracy.

Organize inventory to create efficient workflows for our prep and shipping teams.

Collaborate with our purchasing, prep, and warehouse teams to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.

You will be responsible for the accuracy, quality, pricing, and daily flow of inventory uploads. This role is a critical part of our operation and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well with the team. You’ll also provide valuable inventory insight that helps support purchasing decisions. Good communication skills are essential.

    What Makes This Role Different

This position is a critical part of our operation.

You’ll help own the accuracy of the inventory you process while keeping hundreds of products moving through our warehouse every day.

Our team currently processes 300–800+ units daily, and your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
