Who You Would Be Working For:

Our client is a stem cell technology and medical device company working in autologous cellular therapy. They created the first system of its kind that allows users to select and regulate a desired cell type using a patented collection window and an integrated ultra-filtration system. Bone marrow, peripheral blood, and growth factors can all be processed at the point of care with their products.

    Why This Role Matters:

You will be a key voice on the operations team at their Austin manufacturing facility, owning inventory control and supply chain management day to day. When your work is done well, vendors deliver, teams stay unblocked, and patients benefit from technology that arrives on schedule.

Where You Will Make Your Mark:

    • Manage vendor performance and participate in contract negotiations
    • Own supply chain management and inventory control
    • Connect projects and operations across multiple departments
    • Troubleshoot across software platforms, including Salesforce, Intacct, and Qstock
    • Handle physical warehouse duties as required

    Your Toolkit:

    • At least 3 years of inventory and supply chain operations experience
    • Experience in manufacturing operations
    • Hands-on experience with platforms like Qstock, Salesforce, and Intacct
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
    • A plus: time spent in medical device manufacturing or a similarly regulated industry

    Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and more.

    What Makes This Team Special:

You will work alongside talented professionals who are driven by a shared mission to improve patients' lives, in an innovative environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged.
