    If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. At Mancuso Crossroads our Inventory Manager will oversee the inventory process from start to finish by managing target inventory levels and online presence.

    **Inventory Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities: **


    • Help acquire inventory, including possessing street purchases.

    • Maintain stocking levels.

    • Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims

    • Manage wholesale units to include weekly log for visibility

    • Track inventory through the whole process

    • Provide feedback and analysis to purchasing team

    • Conduct lot merchandising

    • Deliver ongoing quality assurance for all lot vehicles

    • Provide Inventory quality assurance (Aged inventory inspections)

    • Reporting when needed, i.e. SIMS data, sales trends.

    • Call customers to acquire bikes for inventory.

    • Maintain online listing including uploading pictures and descriptions.

    • Lead Trade and bucket jumper walk every morning.

    • Asset with dealer trades and trade-in units

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Inventory Manager Qualifications:

    • Two plus years prior powersports industry experience

    • Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, order entry, inventory systems

    • Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills required

    • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to utilize our technology and stay current with our technology training

    • Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small

    • Decision making that demonstrates good judgment

    • Have a general knowledge of motorcycle mechanical operations

    • Have a clean motor vehicle record and clean criminal background record

    • Maintain a motorcycle endorsement/ license
