    About the Role

    We are seeking a results-oriented Inventory Planner (Mid–Senior level). This role is instrumental in driving forecasting and planning efforts that align with business goals and service level expectations. You will collaborate across departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and process efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Build and manage inventory forecasts to support planning objectives

    Recommend inventory strategies to align operational goals with service expectations

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement inventory and assortment strategies that reduce waste and increase margins

    Analyze trends and propose proactive solutions to support store-level performance

    Use data insights to develop localized strategies that meet performance targets

    Communicate planning initiatives clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership

    Manage priorities and lead through ambiguous or evolving conditions

    Required Skills & Experience

    3–5 years of experience in supply chain and inventory planning

    In-depth understanding of replenishment planning and store allocation processes

    Strong analytical and decision-making skills

    Effective written and verbal communication

    Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-velocity setting

    Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work independently

    Technical Skills

    Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP Systems

    Familiarity with Oracle BI, O9, IMS, or similar inventory management tools

    Solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred Background

    Experience in large-scale retail or matrixed organizations

    Exposure to strategic planning and project execution

    Progression in inventory or supply chain-focused roles

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
