    Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Warehouse/Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will be organized, have an eye for attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and must have a minimum of 1 year forklift experience.

    Warehouse/Inventory Specialist Reports to:

    Société Director

    Responsibilities Specific to Warehouse/Inventory Specialist:

    Possess and live Europa Village core values.

    To understand and respond to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner.

    To follow all specifications to properly accomplish the essential purposes of the position.

    To ensure that the quantity, quality, condition, and type of all goods received matches the purchase order, invoice, and/or freight bill, and meets the resort's standards.

    To procure, as approved, all food, beverage, and non-food items requisitioned by the resort, insuring optimal value for cost.

    To act to resolve shipping and receiving, and overall purchasing issues, in the absence of the Lead Purchasing Agent.

    To rotate stock and inventory in storerooms and all storage locations, as directed, to endure freshness.

    To satisfactorily perform routine support task, as directed, including maintaining and stocking liquor, beer, wine, food, paper & plastic, chemicals, and overall operating supplies in storerooms and picking up/dropping off goods from off-property.

    To deliver all necessary goods and supplies to appropriate departments in a safe and efficient manner.

    To assist in the financial administration of the storerooms, providing all required assistance and reports to the Accounting Department.

    To maintain constant awareness of current market conditions, and develop a network of vendors for company use, in order to be able to advise any resort Director of optimal conditions for purchase.

    Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.

    Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
