** Job Title: Inventory Shopper & Delivery Driver (Wholesale Purchasing)**

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in snack and consumer goods distribution. We source products from major warehouse distributors such as Costco and Sam’s Club and fulfill orders through our warehouse operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Shopper & Delivery Driver to handle daily purchasing and transportation of inventory. This role involves visiting warehouse distributors, selecting products based on assigned shopping lists, and delivering goods to our warehouse for processing.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Review and complete daily assigned shopping lists
• Purchase inventory from warehouse distributors (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club, etc.)
• Ensure accurate item selection, quantities, and product condition
• Load, transport, and unload goods safely to the warehouse
• Maintain receipts and submit purchase documentation daily
• Communicate with management regarding inventory availability, shortages, or substitutions
• Follow all company procedures for purchasing and handling goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
• Backup assistant packing if needed

** Requirements**

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of products)
• STRONG attention to details and organization
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Experience with warehouse shopping (Costco, Sam’s Club, etc.) is a plus

** Preferred Qualifications**

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or personal shopping
• Familiarity with bulk purchasing and wholesale environments
• Basic smartphone skills (for lists, communication, and tracking)

Work Schedule

• Flexible scheduling (weekdays/weekends as needed)
• Typical shift: 5-6 hours per day
• Work hours 8:00 am to TBD (Flexible Mon-Sat Schedules)
