  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As the Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and executing timely purchasing to support uninterrupted recycling and manufacturing operations.

    _ What you’re responsible for:_

    • Monitoring inventory levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or excess stock
    • Executing RFQs, evaluating quotes, and issuing purchase orders based on price and lead time
    • Maintaining accurate inventory data in Maximo through cycle counts and physical audits
    • Tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and returns while resolving discrepancies
    • Partnering with operations and maintenance to anticipate needs and communicate timelines
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ To join our team:_

    • You have at least 2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or materials management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
    • You have experience managing inventory counts, reorder points, and purchase orders across a high‑volume parts environment
    • You have working knowledge of inventory systems (Maximo preferred) and are comfortable using Excel
    • You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing priorities independently
    • You are proactive, self‑motivated, and communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and vendors
