    Job Description

    Job Summary

    Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy and ensuring the efficient management of materials within the facility. A primary focus of this role is the management of the SAP S4HANA CIGO App and the resolution of inventory discrepancies. This position supports ongoing inventory improvement initiatives, including audits, investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce waste and enhance material handling efficiency.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain inventory records using the SAP S4HANA CIGO App.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory-related issues
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
    • Support ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Ensure accurate movement and storage of materials within the facility
    • Assist in improving space utilization and overall material flow

    Physical Requirements

    • The job will involve continuous sitting
    • The job will involve frequent lifting of weigh between 10- 50 lbs

    Environmental Settings

    • The job requires the use of safety clothing and safety equipment
    • The job may have exposures to fumes, vibrations, humidity, temperature, dust, noise etc
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 plus years of experience
    • Experience in inventory management or material handling; manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Proficiency in SAP S4HANA, with specific experience using the CIGO App for inventory tracking and reconciliation. Familiarity with other enterprise-level ERP systems is a plus
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal, in English.
    • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, continuous improvement, and meeting deadlines.

    Additional Information

    Salary and Benefits:

    The hourlr range for the position is $22- $25/hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
