    Job Summary

    The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for receiving, staging and storing inbound shipments; preparing, packing and loading outbound orders; kitting; maintaining accurate inventory records; and ensuring compliance with safety and shipping regulations. The incumbent will work in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment, requiring comfort with multi-tasking and shifts in priority.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Operating Material Handling equipment such as pallet banders, fork trucks, and pallet jacks.
    • Processing outgoing and incoming shipments
    • Organizing and kitting materials
    • Maintaining records in ERP system

    What You'll Have:

    • 2+ years' warehouse/inventory experience
    • 2+ years' ERP system experience
    • 3-5 years' experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred
    • Ability to regularly move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset
