Inventory Specialist Location: West Palm Beach, Florida Job Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $16 per hour Pay Schedule: Monthly Schedule: Monday through Saturday Travel: Required within Florida and occasional travel to Texas

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations. This position involves frequent travel to Florida sites and occasional travel to our Texas facility. The Inventory Specialist will also train warehouse staff on inventory procedures and ensure consistent best practices across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

Conduct routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.

Train warehouse personnel in inventory processes and system usage.

Ensure proper receiving, labeling, storage, and shipping standards are followed.

Work closely with warehouse managers, procurement, and logistics to improve efficiency.

Prepare and present reports on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and shrinkage.

Maintain clean, safe, and compliant inventory storage areas in alignment with OSHA standards.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to inventory workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software systems.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to train, communicate, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse environments.

Must pass E-Verification.
