    Bellingham, WA

    A local manufacturer is looking to hire a hands-on Inventory & Work Order Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy and keep work orders flowing smoothly across the shop floor. This role is about being directly involved—tracking inventory, locating materials, and verifying that work orders are accurate and up to date.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and reconcile inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
    • Review, track, and close out work orders, ensuring accuracy in materials issued and job completion.
    • Locate and validate inventory physically on the shop floor, tying it back to active work orders.
    • Partner with production, supply chain, and finance to resolve discrepancies quickly.
    • Support BOM, PO, and work order accuracy to keep projects on schedule.
    • Use ERP systems (Visual, Synaptex) and Excel to track work orders and inventory movement.
    • Investigate variances and recommend process improvements for inventory and work order management.
    • Help standardize practices for inventory tracking and work order flow.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in inventory control and/or work order management in a manufacturing setting.
    • Strong ERP experience (Visual, Synaptex, or similar).
    • Comfortable working on the shop floor to physically track and reconcile inventory and orders.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
    • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

    Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000+
