Position Overview
Brax Jewelers is looking for a full-time Inventory & Sales Support Associate to join our Newport Beach team. This role focuses on inventory management, vendor communication, and operational support, while also assisting the sales team when needed by helping customers complete checkout at our point-of-sale system.
No jewelry experience is required. We are happy to train someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Receive, process, and organize incoming jewelry shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking
Communicate with vendors via email regarding orders, repairs, and product inquiries
Run inventory and sales reports as needed
Tag, label, and prepare jewelry items for display
Assist the sales team during busy times by helping with customer checkout at the point-of-sale system
Keep inventory areas organized and properly managed
Support general store operations as needed Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good written communication skills, especially professional email communication
Comfortable working with computers and basic systems
Reliable, responsible, and able to multitask
Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with customers
Willingness to learn and grow with the company Schedule
Compensation
$18 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
