Job Description

Invest St. Louis is a growing investment real estate brokerage with new location in Shaw focusing on multi family investment property in the St. Louis metro area. A sales position is available for a motivated self starter with the potential for high income. 

The position involves contacting owners of multi family property through a number of different means including text, phone calls, emails, social media and letters. Researching properties and seller information. Gathering basic information about the property from the owner and setting an appointment to see the property.

This is a full time commission based position. You are paid based on setting an appointment, also paid when property goes under contract from a lead you generated or there is a listing or closing from a lead that you generated.There will be a commission draw paid while getting up to speed with the position. In the first year making $50,000+ is a possibility for potential income and in the second year $75,000-$100,000 is possible. It is possible to come into the office in Shaw to work or work remotley from home. We would be happy to pay for the costs assocated with getting your license and start up costs assocated with getting your license. 

The right candidate will

-Have a real estate license or be willing to get a real estate license which is required

-Have good phone and conversation skills

-Have sales experience

-Be organized, self motivated, detail oriented

-Be resilient and can think outside the box.

-Be proficient with a computer
