Our company is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate. Our Entry Level Sales Associate will be critical in helping our company double our revenue over the next 2-3 years by increasing the number of investment properties sold off-market to our large network of real estate clients. Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities • Assist Project Managers with all Administrative Tasks • Consistently complete tasks on schedule and on time inside our CRM to ensure every lead is exhaustively pursued • Update the company's CRM with necessary information about the lead to ensure the company’s team can access the necessary information to complete the transaction • Organizes, labels, filters, and responds to email and SMS replies from prospects in a timely manner • Seeks out and pursues opportunities to improve real estate investing knowledge • Plans and organizes the day effectively • Consistently completes delegated CRM tasks to ensure no opportunity is left behind On-Site Property Duties • Visit properties to gather pictures and videos of the property • Meet with Clients at their preferred location to obtain documents • Meet with Customers at their preferred location to obtain keys or confirm vacancy • Assist the company’s Project Managers with showing properties to our large network of Real Estate Clients • Install lockboxes and change locks • Check Utilities Client Relations • Provides exceptional customer service and builds rapport with our prospective Clients and Buyers • Does not engage in arguing with hostile Clients and Buyers • Engages with Realtors regarding existing real estate transactions as directed by the Project Managers • Provides exceptional written and oral communication to our customers and clients • Never over-promises and under-delivers on our service offering to customers or clients • Represents Company at the monthly CIREIA Networking Event • Follows up with Clients on offers and outstanding documents • Liaise with Contractors to manage and schedule work/projects Marketing • Attends networking events • Fulfills the Standard Operating Procedures to efficiently delegate marketing checklists to Assistants • Verifies marketing checklists are completed within one business day of marketing a property • Assist with current marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers and clients • Create and share content to help educate those interested in real estate investing • Collaborate with the Project Management Team to host 2-3 Networking events per year • Increase our network of clients by 10 subscribers per month • Work with customers and clients to obtain 3-4 Property Case Studies per year Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE • Proven experience in the efficient use of web, cloud, and computer-based technology applications • High-School Diploma • Must be able to Type a minimum of 45 WPM (test will be given) • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills • Extremely high attention to detail and ability to produce consistent error-free work • Enthusiastic and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Independent and self-motivated to hit the bonus plan • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the entire team’s bottom line • Has a preference to overcome challenges through hard work and a positive mindset • A proven ability to stay in pursuit of goals despite constant obstacles and challenges Compensation: $40,000
