Responsibilities: Your Deliverables For This Role: • Schedule and attend all appointments on time • Review all new leads submitted to company CRM • Screen qualified leads to determine how to appropriately approach each customer's unique selling needs • Personally, commit to spending a minimum of 40 hours a week unmonitored reviewing leads, following up with leads, and scheduling and attending appointments produced on time and on schedule • Appointment ratio and conversion accountability based on proven metrics for success • Follow the company's documented sales process • Attend training sessions to learn how to negotiate offers on properties with homeowners effectively • Produce a monthly average deal size that reflects company-set expectations based on growth projections and goals • Consistently hit performance expectations while simultaneously reaching high levels of customer satisfaction • Prioritize and execute on highest priority items daily • Convert customer interactions into positive reviews and testimonials • Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns Qualifications: This Is For You If: • Organization and time management • Are an enthusiastic, outgoing, people person • You are dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Individual accountability to goals and company-set expectations • You demonstrate experience closing and negotiating sales both over the phone and in-person • You are a team player who thrives working in a tight-knit company where your performance directly affects the income of the entire team • You are willing to travel daily between the northside of Indianapolis where our office is located and a 50-mile radius of where our customers are located Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000 yearly
