TECHNICAL CAREER ROTATIONAL PROGRAM

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The InvestCloud team is hiring a cohort to join InvestCloud’s rotational program with start date of JUNE 1.

InvestCloud University is a 2-year, entry-level program designed to build your technical skills, knowledge of the Fintech space, and business savvy through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience. You’ll get a holistic view of the company through cross-functional 8 month rotations, participation in professional development opportunities, mentoring, exposure to executives, and training seminars. By cycling through three different positions in a variety of InvestCloud’s business disciplines, you’ll get hands-on experience shaping the product and the future of the industry. As an IC University graduate, you will exit the program prepared to take on leadership roles at an accelerated rate.

ROTATION 1: Client Support Analyst - Provides functional training to join the team responsible for supporting financial applications for InvestCloud and its clients in a manner that exemplifies a culture of “Client Focus.”

ROTATION 2: Quality Assurance Analyst - Provides training on performing functional and regression testing on different target platforms, UAT testing, and variety of Quality Engineering principles throughout the agile lifecycle.

ROTATION 3:

Option #1 Front End Developer - Provides training in UX front end development using proprietary code generation software, implementing UX workflows according to business requirements, and using design tools to create web screens on multiple browsers, applications and devices.

Option #2 Project Coordinator - Provides training in leading a cross functional team from project initiation through completion, training in resource allocation and project management tools, and breaking down project milestones, deliverables, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong problem solving skills, technical aptitude, with a can-do attitude

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required


• Excellent time management and organization skills


• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage priorities


• Detail-oriented individual, with focus on thoroughness and follow up

• Ability to hold others accountable in a fair and transparent manner


• Demonstrated leadership experience and influencing skills
