    Overview: KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking two highly skilled and credentialed Investigators to support the Social Security Administration's Cooperative Disability Investigations (CDI) Unit in Dallas, TX. These roles focus on investigating suspected disability fraud under Titles II, XVI, and XIX, including Medicaid fraud. This is a mission-critical position requiring high integrity, discretion, and investigative excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct covert surveillance, undercover operations, and subject interviews

    Access and utilize criminal databases (e.g., NCIC, NICB)

    Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement partners

    Prepare clear, factual, and court-ready investigative reports

    Use statewide arrest authority and may serve as Special Deputy U.S. Marshal

    Maintain detailed logs including timesheets, vehicle use, and case documentation

    Ensure all activity is in compliance with SSA protocols and federal law

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Current or former Texas law enforcement officer with statewide arrest authority

    Minimum of 3 years of direct law enforcement experience

    Eligible to testify in federal court with no credibility issues

    Familiarity with federal disability programs or fraud investigations a plus

    Must pass SSA/OIG security and background clearances

    Tools & Support Provided:

    Fully maintained surveillance vehicle

    Standard issue equipment (body armor, weapons, communication tools)

    Ongoing support from KENTECH and SSA
