Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights on investment management and wealth management strategies • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance financial service offerings and drive sales management initiatives • Stay updated on estate planning, tax regulations, and securities law to ensure compliance and provide informed advice • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer relationship management • Sales experience with one-on-one clients • Train & develop new agents Qualifications: • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis • Strong understanding of financial concepts and services • Proficiency in estate planning, tax experience, and securities law • Skills in investment management and wealth management • Excellent mathematical abilities and financial software proficiency • Effective collaboration and management skills, particularly in sales environments • Strong customer relationship management and portfolio management experience • Training and development of new agents Experience: • Financial Services: 3 years (Preferred) • Sales: 3 years (Preferred) • Insurance background • Customer Service License/Certification: • Life, Health, and Annuity License (Required) • SIE, 65, or Series 7 License (Preferred) Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
