We currently seek an Investment Clerk to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description: This role is within the Client Service Team which is responsible for assisting our clients with new orders, logging incoming requests, and coordinating responses to client questions. The candidate will provide assistance in evaluating incoming requests via established procedures regarding functional areas of the department, by performing some or all of the following tasks:

• Analyzing incoming requests and Logging
• Entering data
• Updating statuses
• Providing prompt, courteous service to customers via the telephone, email, web request, or in person
• Monitoring client questions
• Storing incoming questions
• Directing questions to appropriate departments
• Collecting responses and ensuring timely answers
• Escalating client questions to Client Service Manager when needed
• Keeping manager informed as to important issues
• Assisting in sales-related duties
• Supporting client services representatives in their related client services/sales duties
• Researching client trends and identifying potential growth areas
• Completing special report requests as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Knowledge of investment industry reporting, products and instruments preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
• Associates Degree with 1-3 years client service experience or Bachelors
