    About this role:

    We are a growth-driven company seeking an energetic and engaging Investment Solutions Sales Executive (ISSE) to work with RIAs, broker-dealers, and banks in support of various investment products and solutions offered by both our parent company, Franklin Templeton (NYSE: BEN), and by third party managers available within our turnkey asset management program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing a highly consultative and complex sales process including: developing strong relationships with FT's distribution and solutions teams, developing internal distribution programs, discussing relevant investment solutions, achieving annual sales targets, and delivering impactful presentations. This role represents an exceptional sales opportunity for someone who is passionate about winning, understands investments, wealth management and turnkey asset management programs, and who embraces the intersection of investments and technology as a way to tailor solutions for investment advisors.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales & Relationship Management

    • Meet monthly sales targets by positioning and selling the company's investment services to registered investment advisors, independent broker-dealers, and banks.
    • Maintain a robust sales funnel and advance opportunities through consultative selling techniques.

    Client Engagement & CRM Usage

    • Utilize the company's CRM database to timely document and track prospect/client activities, feedback, interactions, funnel stage and revenue forecast.
    • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client engagement strategies.

    Consultative Approach

    • Partner with clients to understand their internal processes and challenge organizational leaders to drive transformation.
    • Recommend best practices and tailor solutions to address each investment advisor's unique needs.

    Product Expertise & Demonstration

    • Develop a deep understanding of our technology and investment services and effectively demonstrate and discuss their features and benefits.
    • Compare and contrast solutions against competing offerings in the market, clearly articulating our value proposition.

    Client Service & Experience

    • Deliver outstanding client experiences by proactively addressing concerns, questions, and follow-up requests.
    • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and post-sale implementation.

    Collaboration & Teamwork

    • Work closely with FT Solution teams as well as the AE product, sales, relationship management, marketing, onboarding, training and technical support teams to align messaging and refine offerings based on market feedback.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to optimize solutions and address evolving client requirements.

    Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement

    • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to provide relevant insights during prospect/client interactions.
    • Contribute ideas to enhance the company's sales strategies, internal distribution programs, and overall product development roadmap.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Industry & Technical Knowledge

    • 7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably selling wealth management, investment advisory, and/or turnkey asset management platforms
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and G Suite products

    Communication & Presentation Skills

    • Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
    • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills, with the ability to adapt content for various client segments

    Sales & Organizational Expertise

    • Proven ability to prioritize multiple client requests, maintain detailed documentation, and manage a dynamic pipeline
    • Demonstrated success meeting sales targets, handling complex sales cycles, and leveraging CRM tools

    Licenses & Education

    • Series 65 required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • CIMA, CFA, CFP, CAIA designations preferred
