We are seeking an Intern who can work on projects for the Advisor Insights team at Investopedia, in our New York City office. Advisor Insights is Investopedia’s free content marketing and lead generation platform, helping financial advisors to promote their practice to our 27M+ readers. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative business that is expanding our services for financial advisors and readers alike, in an energetic, team-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the Q&A section of Advisor Insights: review and monitor new questions that are asked, and moderate advisor answers as they are published.
• Support the Advisor Insights team operations: assist with the advisor application process, creation and approval of new advisor profiles, and updating internal databases.
• Support the team’s engagement projects: assist with new financial advisor orientation phone calls, send notification emails to advisor members, and track the team’s correspondence with members in our CRM database.
• Support the team’s marketing projects: serve as a brand ambassador for Investopedia and Advisor Insights, getting the word out about our offerings for advisors and consumers.
• Assist with Advisor Insights content: send new articles to syndication partners and track publishing of advisors’ articles on partner websites, monitor appearance of advisor content on Investopedia and externally to ensure quality. 
• Ensure that advisors have a positive first impression of Advisor Insights every time the team communicates with them.
