    As Investor Operations Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of our investor experience; the operational engineer who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From onboarding new investors to coordinating capital calls and keeping our systems organized, you'll be the go-to team member who keeps our capital engine running efficiently.

    What You'll Do** _
    Keep the Engine Runnin_ g
    - Manage the day-to-day flow of investor documentation from subscription packets to compliance checklists (KYC/AML, accreditation, and more)
    - Track capital commitments, distributions, and deadlines with precision
    - Partner with legal, finance, and accounting to ensure every document is filed, every signature captured, and every process followed _

    Own the Data_
    - Maintain investor records and investment data across systems like Juniper Square, HubSpot, and Excel
    - Stay up to date on new software services and integrations that improve efficiency and outputs
    - Organize folders, file rooms, and digital archives so everything is where it should be
    - Track commitments, distributions, and transaction activity _

    Keep Us Compliant (and Calm)_
    - Stay one step ahead on filing deadlines, reporting obligations, and internal checklists
    - Prepare compliance summaries and dashboards so leadership knows exactly where things stand _

    Connect the Dots_
    - Be the hub that keeps everyone aligned by coordinating across investor relations, capital formation, legal, and accounting
    - Schedule internal meetings, coordinate deliverables, and follow up on action items
    - Help the team stay on top of priorities by keeping timelines and tools organized **

    What You Bring**
    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience in private equity, financial services, or investor relations; or 6–7 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
    - Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, “figure it out” mindset
    - Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a client-first attitude
    - Tech-savvy with proficiency for Juniper Square preferred and knowledge of the usual Microsoft suspects (we love Excel!)
    - Bonus points for proficiency with Hubspot, Monday.com, Power BI, and/or Yardi.
    - Integrity, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping a ball **
