Are you looking to work with investors across Canada? We are looking for high-calibre Investor Relations Associates to act as the first point of contact for our prospective clients. The Role: This is NOT a cold-calling "telemarketing" job. You will be managing a warm pipeline of Accredited Investors (High-Net-Worth individuals, Executives, and Professionals) who have already registered for our webclass and self-identified as having $250,000 to $1M+ in deployable capital or equity. Your primary objective is to perform a high-level diagnostic call with these prospects, verify their criteria, and bridge the gap between their current frustrations and our institutional solutions. We run call reviews and training DAILY. Responsibilities: • Speed to Lead: Perform immediate outreach (Call/Text/Email) to newly registered Accredited Investors to capitalize on high intent. • Discovery & Diagnosis: Use our proven discovery framework to uncover the prospect's "Dead Equity" pain points. • Status Positioning: You are not a salesperson; you are an advisor determining if the prospect is a fit for our Private Pipeline. • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified "Strategy Sessions" for our Principal. • CRM Mastery: Meticulously track lead stages and follow-up sequences within our CRM to help you stay on top of qualified opportunities. Qualifications: • You have the investment knowledge: You have an understanding of capital, investment products, registered funds, and account types. • You've got closer energy: You have a background in financial services, private equity, real estate, or luxury sales, and can hold a conversation with a doctor or CEO. • You're sharp: You understand that working with capital is about understanding and solutions, not pressure. • You're an A Player: You don't need babysitting. You hunt through your pipeline, stay on top of follow-up, and help deals get closed. Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
