We are expanding our team and are seeking a high-performing Investor Sales Development professional to be the first point of contact for inbound investor opportunities. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with a consistent flow of inbound investors—high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and executives—who have already registered through our platform and indicated access to $250,000 – $1M+ in deployable capital. Your role is to engage quickly, understand their current position, and determine whether they are a fit for Briarstone’s investment model. Responsibilities: • Immediate Engagement: Respond quickly to new investor inquiries via phone, text, and email • Qualification Calls: Conduct structured conversations to assess capital, goals, and readiness • Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint inefficiencies in current portfolios and unused equity • Advisory Positioning: Guide prospects through a high-level understanding of our model • Appointment Coordination: Book qualified Strategy Sessions with senior leadership • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate notes, stages, and follow-ups within the CRM Qualifications: • Background in real estate, finance, capital markets, or high-value sales • Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals in a professional setting • Strong communicator who can ask direct, thoughtful questions • Self-directed, organized, and consistent with follow-up • Able to move quickly and prioritize high-intent opportunities Compensation: $3,000–$5,000/month + performance-based bonuses
