    TITLE: Client Services Representative

    FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-time

    POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Rancho Bernardo Office

    HOURS PER WEEK: Hours may vary; Monday thru Friday

     

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    Seeking an applicant to provide support to a financial adviser(s) and his/her client database. We are looking for an energetic, goal driven Client Services Associate for a fast-growing firm.

    As the conduit to our clients, advisers and business partners, you will apply your strong communication and listening skills in the day to day client servicing.

    To ensure success in this position you will have the ability to maintain knowledge of products and resources, the company’s policies and procedures, as well as being an effective communicator. Top applicants are detailed oriented, motivated and have excellent people skills in order to build sustainable and continuous relationships.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    · Attending training provided by the company to enhance knowledge

    · Answering phones and other daily office duties

    · Quality control of paperwork preparation and processing of client appointments

    · Appointment scheduling

    · Strategist and researching projects

    · Greets clients

    · Practices and maintains confidentiality

    · Provides quality service to our clients

    · Documentation and updating of client records

    · Lead team specific meetings

    · Perform other duties as needed

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    · Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred

    · 1+ years client service experience, preferably in related field

    · Successful completion of provided training

    · Proficient computer skills with MS office suites

    · Outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written

    · Strong people skills

    · High sense of urgency

    · Organization skills

    · Strategic thinker
