Customer Service Representative - Entry Level
The role of Customer Service Representative is to improve the customer experience and strengthen the relationship between our clients and their potential donors. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will engage in day-to-day communications with potential customers; answer any questions, manage conflicts and collect feedback. The Customer Service Representative will also be required to identify opportunities to increase revenue generation and customer loyalty.

Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis
Must be local and able to start within 2-3 weeks
Must be comfortable working with people
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
High School diploma or equivalent required
Some experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
