The Entry Level Client Service Trainee will act as the intermediary between our clients and their target market in the local area. The Entry Level Client Service Trainee will work with a team of fellow Client Service Trainees to see that our clients brand initiatives are completed and our goals are met at the completion of each campaign. Our Client Service team excels at building relationships with new and existing customers, and is looking for an individual with strong communication skills and experience in customer service.

The Entry Level Client Service Trainee will receive on-the-job training from a senior member of our Client Service team. Training will include hands-on training facilitating our clients campaigns, as well as behind the scenes training at our office.

Core Tasks of the Entry Level Client Service Trainee:

• Create purposeful connections with potential customers in order to increase brand loyalty for our clients
• Maintain existing relationships with clients and customers to ensure the long term success of our clients in the community
• Follow-up with customer and client feedback with the goal of constantly improving the customer experience
• Keep a log of all sales, customer questions and complaints and report results
• Assist fellow Client Service Trainees with problem solving and improving campaign results when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Entry Level Client Service Trainee:

• A degree or at least 1 year of coursework completed in foreign languages, business, administration or marketing
• A professional image and superb communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service based role
• A natural leader and gifted team player
