The Operations Specialist will be responsible for running one or more of our restaurant operations processes every day.
The most common responsibility for an operator will be the process of digitizing restaurant menus, which involves using a combination of technology and human intuition to create each menu.
Operator Specialists will be promoted to greater levels of responsibilities and pay as the quality of their work improves.
Greater levels of responsibility include running more complex processes, running quality assurance checks on other specialists' work, and becoming a team manager.
Business details
Every day, you will be required to work while maintaining the standard quality, such as translating and digitizing the menus of one or more restaurants.
Depending on your performance, you may be assigned a more responsible task. As a result, there is the possibility of higher level work content, quality assurance check of other specialists' work, promotion to other positions and salary increase.

The pay range for this role is $ 10 (1050 ¥) to $ 15 (1550 ¥) per hour.
Starting pay for the most junior Operations Specialist role is $ 10 (1050 ¥) per hour.
Pay for a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist is $ 15 (1550 ¥) per hour. This role is earned after 2-4 months of excellent quality work from a junior Operations Specialist.
Pay for an Operations Specialist to run additional processes can vary between $ 11 (1150 ¥) and $ 15 (1550 ¥) per hour.

The starting salary for junior-level operations specialists is $ 10 per hour.

Shifts & Working Environment
We are targeting to hire full-time agents working from 8:00 am-4:00 pm JST.
That said, we are open to the idea of part-time positions and different working hours.
The working environment is entirely remote. You can work from home or in an office space.
We will have a "virtual office" set-up on Zoom that will function as your primary meeting space every day.
