Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Be responsible for all custom & reusable client automations globally. 

• Manage global technology project teams with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution.

• Manage & develop a team of Technical Project Managers, the battlefield lieutenants of solutions engineering.

• Identify emerging automation market trends and opportunities to bring new automations to current & prospective customers.

• Present to and engage with prospects and customers of all sizes and in a variety of industries, both technically and non-technically oriented, including C-level executives.

• Support Sales & Customer Success in discovering, scoping and implementing automation solutions for client automation needs.

• Manage budget & resource planning for automation engineers & SaaS/PaaS services.

Qualifications

YOUR BACKGROUND/REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years experience managing teams & multiple concurrent projects

• Experience hiring engineers & technical analysts

• Experience presenting at multiple levels, from C-Suite to solution users

• Fluency with managing a team against key business metrics

• Built & managed a team of Engineers, Technical Analysts & PMs (preferred) 

• Experience bringing a new technical product offering to market (preferred)

• Experience setting career path for & mentoring technical analysts/PMs (preferred)

Comp: $125k USD OTE +  Equity (worth $187k USD at current valuation)
