Job Summary Quick Books online experience is a MUST for this position. The Invoice Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and reviewing invoices through QuickBooks online. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Salary Range

19k - 25k

Salary range depending upon experience.

General Accountabilities

Daily Invoicing to customers with a high level of accuracy.

Ensure accurate entry of all invoices through QuickBooks online.

Job Qualifications

Proficient with invoicing through Quick Books on line.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Solid organizational skills.

Must be able to preform in a busy office.
