Position: Invoice Verification Auditor

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00/hour

Location: The company is based in Jacksonville, FL. This can be an on-site or remote position for local candidates. Will not consider candidates outside a 60 mile radius of Jacksonville.

All qualified candidates by be at least intermediate with Microsoft Excel

Job Overview of the Invoice Verification Auditor:

• Review, adjust, deny and approve invoices submitted by vendors.
• Review invoices submitted
• Meet production quota set by company

Job Qualifications of the Invoice Verification Auditor:

• An Associate’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook specifically excel a must!
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Provide clear, concise written responses to clients regarding invoices
• The ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to learn new skills, processes and procedures.
