    We are seeking a Sales Representative that has also an HR experience to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Introduce and promote TCG's payroll services to businesses
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and tailor solutions
    • Close deals and achieve sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Collaborate with Sales Department on implementing/creating strategies or techniques

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on financial services or payroll
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and results-driven
    • Familiarity with payroll processes and industry trends (preferred)
    • Ability to network (huge advantage if you have existing business network contacts)
    • Payroll sales experience
    • HR sales experience
