This Position: We are looking to hire Virtual Event Producers to join our Professional Services team in our Chicago, IL office. This opportunity will allow individuals to utilize their technical and communications skills to help prepare, test, and deliver our virtual events and conferences to our Fortune 100/500 clients. You will partner closely with multiple departments internally to understand our clients needs and help deliver Best in Class video experiences. About You: * Passionate about technology and people * Background in videography including basic video encoding and editing knowledge * Detailed-oriented, committed to quality, and a customer-focused attitude * Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment What you'll be doing at INXPO: * Perform event and webcast configuration, testing and delivery * Be our frontline support across multiple events * Attend event meetings, take detailed notes, and communicate professionally with our customers and internal teams * Resolve issues in a timely and customer-focused manner * Track action items and deliverables on a weekly basis * Build trust and confidence with our clients in order to be viewed as a Subject Matter Expert * Tracking deliverables and action items * Responsible for tracking of enhancement requests and bug submissions Requirements & Skills: * 2+ years of professional experience ideally from within a SaaS or technical environment * Highly skilled in a wide variety of applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Prior experience with webcasting, virtual events, or video preferred * Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Bachelors degree Your Location: * Chicago, IL To apply send resume to careers@inxpo.com * If hired, there will be 90 day training and evaluation period. × 15 hours ago - save job
