    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    We just finalized our agreement with Culver City to provide, manage and maintain the city IT network. We are looking to Hire Immediately and this is your chance to be a part of our entrance into the Culver City market. Our sales team will directly manage customer accounts for our vast telecom products. This sales position requires conducting community outreach events, cold calls, face to face sales, and outside canvasing in a fast-paced telecom environment. Career advancement opportunities are available based on merit and performance.

    Position will be work from home during current COVID restrictions and then move to a Culver City building.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sell telecommunications products and services to commercial and residential customers.
    • Sell Fiber Internet/VoIP for corporate technology and communications systems.
    • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
    • Manage and identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Leverage the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.
    • Book and install new lines/circuits/bundles/services to meet established monthly quotas.
    • Write and submit accurate orders.
    • Design customized, cost-effective solutions network for the client.
    • Manage a territory using technology, prioritization and time management skills.
    • Submit pricing and proposals reflecting the client's requirements.
    • Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and defines personal and corporate revenue objectives.
    • Prepares cost estimates and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.
    • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
    • Conduct community outreach events, cold calls, face to face sales, and outside canvasing.

    SALES SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    Proven work experience, Highly Organized, Independent Self Starter, Problem Solving, Discover and Sell to Customer needs, Presentation Skills, Effective Selling, Communication and Negotiation Skills, Professional Appearance, Familiar with Word, Excel, CRM and online applications.
