    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team for an immediate hire.  You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues over the phone and email. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Assist customers over the phone and through email.
    • Solving customer problems with Internet/TV/VOIP services.
    • Answering questions about services we offer.
    • Scheduling installations and disconnects.
    • Monitor orders to ensure full workflow has been completed.
    • Follow up with field techs when installations are not completed.
    • Route calls to appropriate departments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
    • Assist with other projects as directed by supervisor.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to create schedules without overbooking personnel
    • Comfortable communicating on the phone, instant messenger, email and intranet
    • Experience working with contact management platforms
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask tasks from multiple administrators
