Job Description

Technical writer will be utilized to support base work for the Texas Medicaid account while the more experienced staff can focus on CORs. These individuals will be expected to work with a cross-functional team to create, edit, and organize highly technical information and convert it into useful, high-quality documentation and resources. The team handles a wide variety of document types, including professional manuals, web articles, training guides, forms, letters, computer-based training, PowerPoint decks, and graphic design content. The technical writer will be responsible for conducting quality reviews, copy editing, substantive editing, and ensuring that content meets style and branding guidelines.
