    THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK

    FLORIDA SOUTHWESTERN STATE COLLEGE is accepting resumes in search of an OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, TEACHING AND LEARNING CENTER to join our team of exceptional employees. This position is responsible for scheduling professional development sessions, preparing and maintaining registration data, preparing and reviewing marketing materials, and maintaining training rooms.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • An Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
    • Some professional work experience in training, instructional design, customer service, professional development, or administrative support.
    • Ability to set-up and operate technology equipment and have general software and hardware troubleshooting abilities.

    SALARY: $13.80 per hour

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of and experience in collecting data, determining accuracy and appropriateness of data based on policy and processes.
    • Experience translating program or public health data into actions, communication tools, or products, etc. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
    • Ability to coordinate projects from the concept stage to completion.
    • Knowledge of computer systems documentation.
    • Ability to communicate proficiently in English (verbal and written) in order to develop positive rapport with patients, co-workers, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in a multidisciplinary environment.
    • Ability to navigate in an electronic work environment including electronic health records, web-based training, and communications.
    • Knowledge of, and moderate proficiency in, common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
