Ignite is currently looking for an Accounts Manager to join our team in support of the Transportation Family of Systems program for the Air Force at Maxwell/Gunter Air Force Base.
This individual focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships and communication between the business, technical and customer/functional services we provide for TRANS FoS and the customer/end users we serve. Also, this individual will provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone, or electronically. Provide assistance concerning the use of specific software applications associated with the Transportation Family of Systems - CMOS, OLVIMS and MARKS.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Transportation FoS applications a plus
Required Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or similar degree with 2-5+ years of related experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret level DoD clearance.
