  • Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will assist the Program Manager in managing the NASA Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Solutions and Services (CyPrESS) contract.  The CyPrESS requirement is a new procurement for Agency-wide cybersecurity and privacy services. The types of services anticipated include:

    • Security Operations Center (SOC)
    • Assessment and Authorization (A&A)
    • Risk Management Framework (RMF)
    • Incident Response (IR) and Management Support
    • Cybersecurity architecture and engineering
    • Penetration testing
    • Vulnerability management
    • Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
    • Training and awareness
    • Cybersecurity infrastructure
    • Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
    • Privacy services support

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the CyPrESS Deputy Program Manager include but are not limited to:

    * Assists the Program Manager with the overall contract performance

    • Responsible for customer satisfaction

    • Assists with the management of employees, financials. contract/subcontracts, schedules, deliverables, performance, risks and quality

    • Assists with compliance with all contract and corporate policies and procedures

    Required Skills Required Experience

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    * Bachelor's degree or higher in related field

    • Minimum of 10 years work related experience providing service delivery in complex IT environments, including 5 years supervisory experience

    • Knowledgeable of the Cybersecurity and/or Privacy domain including current challenges/solutions

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs

    • Experience managing programs that involve two or more lines of business with a variety of services

    • Experience leading a technical workforce across two or more geographically dispersed locations

    • Experience managing programs with performance requirements directly tied to metrics

    • US Citizenship Required; Ability to obtain and maintain level of security clearance required by the contract

    • Ability to travel to Agency locations, as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Program management training and/or certification 

    • Experience leading enterprise-level contracts

    • Active SECRET clearance

    • Cybersecurity certification

    • Master's degree in a related field

    • ITIL experience and/or certification
