COLSA is seeking candidates for positions that will provide technical support to government customers located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

• Provide technical and engineering support for all phases of a weapons system’s life cycle
• Provide technical expertise to assess readiness for, or otherwise support the conduct of, program/production reviews and milestones, as well as conduct, monitor, observe, witness, facilitate, and coordinate reports on tests, technical demonstrations, technical special investigations, technical inspections, and other audits
• Perform analysis of weapon system contractor proposals for weapon systems, to include participation in Source Selection Evaluation Boards (SSEBs) and sole-source technical evaluation teams.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-20+ years of related experience
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain/maintain DoD clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Secret clearance

• Experience with of Army Aviation Systems, Army Missile Systems or other DoD weapons systems is highly desirable

• Understanding of DoD Acquisition Systems Engineering Processes is desirable
