This position is responsible for effectively managing materials supply chain, inventory control and distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train, motivate, and coach staff on departmental procedures and expectations.
- Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
- Prepare and administer daily P&L and PPL
- Oversee distribution of supplies throughout the Supply Chain
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Continuously monitoring, maintaining and adjusting min/max keep-levels and order levels
- 100% On time order delivery
- Assist in forecasting to plan future orders

Required Experience
- 5+ years experience as Materials Manager in a high volume production environment
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
- Above average MS office skills, mainly Excel, Oracle Purchasing experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- BSc/BA in logistics or relevant field or equivalent experience
