Demonstrate experience and ability to apply concepts in computer science and information technology to the management and processing of data, information and knowledge in a clinical environment.
Assist in the administration and management of Clinical Information Systems both for the processing of electronic health records and PHI data, as well as hands on technical systems support in areas such as Network and VPN management, DICOM, PKI, and server maintenance and management.
Coordinate and input data collection for clinical systems.
Proactively assist users with clinical systems problems or questions via telephone, in person and/or email.
Troubleshoot system problems and assist users in overcoming difficulties.
Develop advanced ad hoc data reports from large and complex data sets as requested by clients.
Assist with electronic medical record (EMR)/ Clinical Applications maintenance and optimization in joint venture with site end-users, director, managers and engineering teams.
