THIS IS A CASUAL POSITION
Assists in the development, maintenance and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of cybersecurity.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Assists in developing training curriculum, demonstrations, and practical exercises*
- Assist in formalizing documentation, procedures and lesson plans that will describe monitoring networks and the operating of systems designed to detect security compromises and events (including intrusions and virus incidents). *
- Provides basic support materials and lesson plans for testing, investigations, and maintenance of system accreditation.*
- Formalizes processes that will identify where systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.*
- Assists in conducting basic audits to ensure information systems security policies and procedures are being implemented as defined in security plans and best practices. *
- Provides routine support of program control processes and accreditation of systems.*

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Prior experience developing course curriculum
- Prior instruction experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation; US Citizenship required
- Position is onsite; candidate must be able to relocate (if necessary) to Huntsville, AL at their own expense
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience teaching technical curriculum, such as cybersecurity
