This position provides the following support to the Operational Flight Program (OFP) Combined Test Force (CTF) at Eglin AFB, FL.
- Provides support to F-15 Program Engineers during the planning, execution, and reporting phases of each OFP CTF developmental and operational test.
- Activities will include participation in test execution, data collection and reduction, data analysis, assessing systems effectiveness, and test reporting.
- Test support will include development of test objectives, priorities, development of test methods and detailed test procedures.
- Develops, maintains, and manages data tools to support the test team.
- Attend weekly test scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate F-15 flight test card reviews for signatures and approvals.
- Work with mission schedulers for mission submittal and day-to-day mission Change Requests.
- Conduct 1-2 test missions per week during test execution.
- Coordinate DT Support and Continuation Training Line test objective execution
- Maintain and manage program Problem Reports and flight test metrics (e.g. Bingo Charts).
- Coordinate with CTF Ops Analyst team to develop DOE/STAT plan and make sure applicable data is analyzed and reported.
- Manages databases and analytic functions to ensure robust, secure, and responsive data control and evaluation capability.

Required Experience
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COMBINATIONS IS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 3 years of technical experience is required -OR- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline and 7 years of technical experience -OR- HS Diploma or Equivalent and 9 years technical experience.
- Must have experience in test design, data analysis, analytical studies and creating test plans/reports for flight test programs is required.
- Must have experience in flight test data collection, reduction, and analysis.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Active SECRET clearance is required (investigation within the last five years). Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be a self-motivated expert able to take responsibility for identifying, organizing, coordinating, and executing necessary tasks leading to the successful accomplishment of assigned duties.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an integrated test team.
- Must be able to effectively communicate orally and possess technical writing skills to provide results to decision makers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of F-15 avionics/weapons development/Electronic Warfare systems, test and evaluation, and systems engineering.
- Statistics background with the ability to use statistics to determine the significance of differences detected during testing.
- Experience with databases.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE).
