SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, MARKET RESEARCH

VANCOUVER, BC

We are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our Brand Health Tracking team. This is a dynamic position for a professional who has a solid foundation in market research, is fascinated with uncovering the ‘why’, and who enjoys partnering with clients to help them make strategic business decisions.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing all aspects of multiple DYNAMIC tracking studies, from proposal writing and research design, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports and delivery of presentations
• COLLABORATING with key internal operations groups such as; data collection, data processing and results reporting to ensure that reliable results are delivered to clients
• Maintaining the project BUDGET and working with the team to ensure all aspects of the study operate smoothly while managing product cost, estimates and client invoicing.
• MENTORING junior team members through job shadowing and day to day coaching
• Inspiring clients through STORYTELLING

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of supplier side market research experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
• Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget
• Highly motivated, self-directed and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
• Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
• Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, in both French and English, with well-developed interpersonal skills
