    RESEARCH DIRECTOR

    Senior level individual able to own full parts of project or business tasks including supporting sales of fast-turn studies, project execution and management.  Your responsibilities will include managing each assigned project from start to finish, ensuring all tasks meet both our high-quality standard and often tight timelines.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support sales team on leads for quick turn projects
    • Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs
    • Coordinate all aspects of the research process including effectively manage internal and external resources
    • Communicate with clients about research needs
    • Execute day-to-day project management task
    • Meet deadlines or delivery early
    • Provide on-going support for the broader team e.g. collaborate with Account Executives and project managers

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years market research industry experience
    • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Highly motivated, self-directed & capable of working within tight deadlines
    • Comfort providing client service for internal and external clients
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SPSS basic knowledge preferred
    • BA/BS required (Marketing Research, Marketing, Social Science preferred)
