ATS-JV is seeking a Verification and Validation (V&V) Systems Engineer to support a space program at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
Serve as the Mission Requirements Lead
- Owns and manages the Mission Requirements (L2) and Space Vehicle (L3) requirements.
- Flow down of requirements to payload, spacecraft bus, and ground elements (L3.5)
- Management of the DOORS database
Serves as the Verification and Validation Lead
- Combination of Mission V&V lead and Vehicle V&V lead
- Mission V&V plan (combination of mission and RSV)
- Vehicle V&V planning and execution
- Mission-level V&V tracking (V&V burn down curve)
Provide Spacecraft and Payload V&V oversight
- Defines, leads, and coordinates V&V program activities.
- Manages the Project V&V Database
- Coordinates V&V activities of System V&V Engineers.
- Prepares periodic V&V status reports and metrics.
Required Skills
- Requirements management using DOORS and Excel.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
