• SQL / Database experience needed at an expert level
• PHP programming experience needed at an expert level
• Web - HTML / CSS / JavaScript experience needed at an expert level
• Apache web server knowledge of, or some experience, or other web server
• Linux OS familiarity would be good to have.
• Accessing computers remotely – putty, winSCP, remote desktop
• Comfortable with computer hardware and networking would be nice to have.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Must have comprehensive working knowledge of commercial construction and 5+ years of carpentry experience.
• Must be able to study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
• Must be able to shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Knowledge of carpentry on a commercial project including construction work, all types of framing, including walls, roofs, insulation and vapor barrier installation.
• Knowledge of finish carpentry skills including installation of cabinets and trim, door and window installation including commercial grade hardware.
• Ability to operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts and loaders.
• Ability to perform duties and operation of tools of the trade in strict compliance with OSHA rules.
• Work well with in a team setting.
• Requires ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Excessive cold
• Required to wear various levels of PPE (hearing protection, respiratory protection, safety glasses; hard hats, knee pads, insulated rubber or leather gloves, fall protection, and protective clothing. 
• May use ladders, scaffolding, towers surfaces that are 4’ to 12’ above ground.
